Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest room supplies, amenities, and linen according to brand standards.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces in assigned areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or suspicious activities to supervision.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and properly stored.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull objects as required.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic communication skills (English preferred, but not strictly required for initial application).

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleaning role.
- Familiarity with various cleaning chemicals and equipment.
