Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our expert technical team at Alpha Mead Facilities. Based in Ikoyi, Lagos, this critical role involves the comprehensive execution of plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance services across a variety of high-end residential and commercial properties under our management. As a Plumber with Alpha Mead, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and integrity of all plumbing systems, encompassing everything from routine leak repairs and drain unblocking to complex pipe installations and system diagnostics. This is a hands-on, technical position that requires not only exceptional plumbing expertise but also a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety standards, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately, identifying root causes of problems.
- Perform a wide range of repairs, including leak fixing, pipe replacements, unclogging drains, and repairing or replacing fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers).
- Install new plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and other related equipment in accordance with local codes and company standards.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure longevity and prevent future breakdowns.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing diagrams to guide installations and repairs.
- Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients regarding the nature of repairs, estimated timelines, and preventive measures.
- Manage and organize plumbing tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate effectively with other technical teams and facility staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Plumber in residential or commercial settings.
