Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Help organize and coordinate internal training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll data and support benefits administration.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in all HR activities.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to address HR-related needs and foster a positive working environment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Fluent in English and Czech (B2 level or higher for both).
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with HR software or HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Knowledge of Czech labor law is an advantage.
