Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured training program to learn about Future Processing's services, sales processes, and the IT market landscape.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Support senior business development managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling, to qualify leads.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for client meetings and demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies to effectively articulate Future Processing's value proposition.
  • Achieve assigned targets and KPIs related to lead generation, appointments set, and pipeline development.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
