Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously.
- Dispense fuel accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
- Process cash and electronic payments using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe forecourt environment.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide information on products/services.
- Check fluid levels and tire pressure upon customer request.
- Promote loyalty programs and special offers to customers.
- Handle transactions and reconcile sales at the end of the shift.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding health and safety.
