Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a comprehensive sales training program to understand Wix products, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Wix solutions.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions that drive business growth.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Product, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
