Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and guest amenities daily.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors in guest rooms and public areas.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common facilities.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and hotel policies.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and guest room amenities.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning.
