Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and implementation phases of humanitarian programs, ensuring alignment with ICRC strategies and objectives.
- Support program teams in monitoring program activities, collecting data, and preparing progress reports to track performance against key indicators.
- Contribute to the analysis of humanitarian contexts and program impact, helping to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate coordination and communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth program execution.
- Prepare and organize workshops, meetings, and training sessions related to program activities.
- Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and strategic planning for various programs.
