Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing of floors, furniture, and fixtures in assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies throughout the day.
- Empty waste bins, transport waste to disposal areas, and manage recycling programs.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and meeting rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Facility Manager promptly.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed, such as replacing light bulbs or arranging furniture.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support special cleaning projects or event setups as required.

- Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
