Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
