Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, anticipating and responding to their needs promptly and courteously.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all assigned areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house operations.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide accurate local information and recommendations.
- Support food and beverage operations, including serving guests, setting up dining areas, clearing tables, and maintaining strict hygiene standards.
- Effectively handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively and professionally with team members across various departments to ensure seamless and efficient hotel operations.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, safety procedures, security protocols, and Hilton brand standards at all times.

- Previous experience (even entry-level) in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or other hospitality-related setting.

- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) like OnQ or similar software.
- Relevant certifications in hospitality, customer service, or food handling.
