Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and safely dispense prescription medications, providing thorough medication counseling to patients regarding usage, side effects, and storage.
- Offer professional and evidence-based advice on over-the-counter drugs, health supplements, medical devices, and general wellness strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive drug utilization reviews to identify potential drug interactions, allergic reactions, contraindications, or other medication-related issues.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure strict confidentiality of all health information in accordance with GDPR and national data protection regulations.
- Actively manage pharmacy inventory, including precise ordering, secure receiving, organized stocking of medications, and ensuring optimal storage conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans and outcomes.
- Adhere strictly to all applicable pharmaceutical laws, professional regulations, and internal company policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in continuous professional development activities, mandatory training programs, and educational workshops.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Efficiently handle cash transactions, manage electronic payment systems, and operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy.

Required Skills
- Master's degree in Pharmacy (Magister Farmacji) from an accredited Polish institution or equivalent recognized in Poland.
- Valid license to practice pharmacy in Poland (Prawo wykonywania zawodu farmaceuty).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and a patient-centric approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering accuracy in medication dispensing, compounding, and record-keeping.
- Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding, and team-oriented pharmacy environment.
- Proficiency in Polish, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare providers.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Uncompromising ethical and professional conduct, upholding the highest standards of pharmacy practice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior practical experience gained through pharmacy internships, traineeships, or student placements.
- Working knowledge of common pharmacy management software systems (e.g., KAMSOFT, CGM).
- Fluency in additional foreign languages (e.g., English, Ukrainian, Russian) to better assist our diverse patient base.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and embrace continuous improvement.
- Possession of a valid First Aid certification.
