Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery across various transportation modes.
  • Process and meticulously manage all necessary documentation for shipments, including waybills, customs declarations, and invoices.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment status, potential delays, and proactive resolutions.
  • Utilize advanced logistics software and systems to accurately track shipments, update records, and generate comprehensive reports.
