Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery across various transportation modes.
- Process and meticulously manage all necessary documentation for shipments, including waybills, customs declarations, and invoices.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment status, potential delays, and proactive resolutions.
- Utilize advanced logistics software and systems to accurately track shipments, update records, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Assist in strategically optimizing logistics routes and schedules to improve overall efficiency and reduce operational costs.
