Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, both in person and via digital channels.
- Present and demonstrate a range of new and used vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and specifications.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
- Negotiate sales, ensuring profitability for the company while delivering excellent value to the customer.
- Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently, adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute positively to team objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct sales role, preferably within automotive, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
- A full, valid UK driving licence or equivalent international driving licence (must be able to obtain a UK licence).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience selling vehicles or high-value consumer goods.
- Knowledge of automotive financing products and sales processes.
- Experience working with diverse customer bases, including international clients.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus but not required.
