As a Marketing Executive for Global Recruitment at Randstad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand and attracting top-tier talent on a global scale. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive global recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, including job descriptions, employer branding materials, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content, ensuring global relevance and cultural sensitivity.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising, to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Collaborate closely with regional recruitment teams, HR, and global marketing counterparts to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing marketing initiatives for global talent acquisition.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Champion Randstad's employer brand globally, ensuring it resonates with target candidates across various markets and industries.
  • Manage the marketing budget for global recruitment initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on recruitment marketing, employer branding, or B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and culturally appropriate messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple international markets or diverse regions.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and their integration with marketing efforts.
