As a Project Manager at Marston’s, you will be instrumental in overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects crucial to our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and challenges.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Champion change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Demonstrable expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
