Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process payments, balance cash drawers, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Fort Worth.
- Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take messages accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, concierge, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
