Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities according to hotel procedures.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean fixtures and glass surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed in rooms or public areas.
- Handle guest requests promptly and politely, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a polite, discreet, and friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying supervisors when stock is low.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and distributing linens when required.
Required Skills
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision.
- Basic communication skills (English) to interact with guests and team members.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
