Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems (HRIS) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and communicating with candidates.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Help organize and coordinate HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring all HR activities adhere to company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about Human Resources functions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
