Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, accurately documenting all care provided.
- Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and respond to changes in health status with appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide comprehensive education and support to patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to all data protection regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and ethical standards of nursing practice.
Required Skills
- Valid Registered Nurse license from your country of origin.
- Minimum of 12 months post-registration clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal), meeting NMC requirements (e.g., IELTS/OET).
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.
- Adaptability to new environments and healthcare systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Experience in specialized areas such as Critical Care, Emergency, Operating Room, or Pediatrics.
- Previous experience working in an international healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with the UK National Health Service (NHS) structure and practices (training will be provided).
