Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, content, strategy, and technology teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other digital assets.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other major ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and willingness to engage in the visa sponsorship process if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
