Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-quality visual designs for a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including packaging, digital assets, print ads, and brand collateral.
  • Collaborate with brand teams, marketing managers, and creative directors to understand project requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries and exploring new visual concepts.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
  • Provide art direction and constructive feedback to external agencies and junior designers when necessary.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare files for various production processes, ensuring accuracy and optimal output across different media.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design skills and a diverse range of projects
  • Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling visual solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Understanding of brand building and consumer marketing principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
