Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, addressing their inquiries and guiding them to products.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Stock shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure products are properly priced and clearly displayed according to store standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor, including aisles, checkout areas, and product sections.
- Monitor product freshness, check expiration dates, and remove damaged or expired items.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock, and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Learn about new products and promotions to effectively inform customers.
