Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent service at all times.
- Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customer vehicles, following all company procedures.
- Handle cash and process electronic payments (POS) accurately, ensuring proper reconciliation at shift end.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, directions, and product information.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including fuel pumps, forecourt, and general station premises.
- Conduct routine checks of fuel levels, oil, and water for customer vehicles upon request.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines and regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or customer complaints to the supervisor immediately.
- Promote additional services or products offered by the station, such as lubricants or car care items.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth station operations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a fuel station, retail, or customer service role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (oil, water, tire pressure checks)
- Familiarity with POS systems and electronic payment processing
- First aid and safety awareness certification
