Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to gain a comprehensive understanding of Safaricom's products, services, and operational procedures.
- Assist in the daily supervision and coordination of field teams responsible for installations, maintenance, or service delivery in assigned areas.
- Ensure adherence to Safaricom's quality standards, safety protocols, and operational guidelines during all field activities.
- Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Handle basic on-site problem-solving and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily or weekly reports on field activities, team performance, and inventory usage.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and local communities, representing Safaricom professionally.
- Assist in managing inventory and equipment assigned to field teams, ensuring proper usage and accountability.
