Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and culturally astute Hospitality Manager – International Transfer to join our esteemed team. This pivotal role is designed to elevate the experience for our international guests, ensuring their journey to and stay at The Oread Hotel is seamless, comfortable, and memorable. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to international guest arrivals, departures, and in-house services, with a keen focus on cultural sensitivity, logistical coordination, and personalized attention. This includes managing pre-arrival communications, coordinating airport transfers, facilitating check-in/check-out processes, and providing concierge services tailored to the unique needs of our diverse international clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global travel nuances, immigration considerations, and cultural etiquette, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and understood. You will work closely with front desk, concierge, and transportation teams to streamline operations and proactively address any challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the international guest experience, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
  • Oversee and coordinate all international guest transfer logistics, including airport pickups, local transportation, and special requests.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for international guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requirements with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
  • Train and mentor hotel staff on best practices for serving international guests, including cultural awareness and language considerations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant international travel regulations and hotel policies pertaining to foreign guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Concierge, F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure a cohesive and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives to exceed international guest expectations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as transportation companies, tour operators, and language services.
  • Prepare reports on international guest demographics, feedback, and service performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to international guest services, including record-keeping and billing.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on guest services or front office operations.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse international clientele and understanding of cultural differences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff from various backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing complex logistics under pressure.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
