Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers, utilizing manual and powered material handling equipment safely.
- Organize and stack products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and space utilization.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery after receiving appropriate training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily operational goals.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tasks.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying products.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (certification a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
