Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and transform data from the Salesforce platform for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain standard and custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce to support various business units.
  • Analyze sales, service, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity within Salesforce, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support end-users with Salesforce data inquiries and provide guidance on best practices for data utilization.
  • Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
  • Help to document data processes, report specifications, and Salesforce data models.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal teams in a clear and understandable format.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
