Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform data from the Salesforce platform for analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain standard and custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce to support various business units.
- Analyze sales, service, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity within Salesforce, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support end-users with Salesforce data inquiries and provide guidance on best practices for data utilization.
- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Help to document data processes, report specifications, and Salesforce data models.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal teams in a clear and understandable format.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data structures.
