Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate various forms of content (text, images, video) to ensure compliance with Netflix's community guidelines, content policies, and legal standards.
- Make accurate and consistent moderation decisions, often in high-volume and time-sensitive environments.
- Identify, categorize, and escalate complex or potentially sensitive content issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content policies, moderation tools, and training materials by providing insightful feedback.
- Stay informed about current events, cultural nuances, and evolving online trends that may impact content moderation decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including policy, legal, and product development, to address emerging content challenges.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all moderation tasks while adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Participate in regular quality assurance reviews and training sessions to enhance moderation skills and knowledge.
