Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient assistance to Netflix members via phone, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming devices, internet connectivity, and account access.
  • Address billing inquiries, subscription changes, and payment concerns with clarity and professionalism.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, content library, and new services.
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and improve processes.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product features, services, and support tools.
  • Maintain a high level of member satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and effective problem-solving.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
