Key Responsibilities
- Develop original story concepts, treatments, and outlines that align with Netflix’s strategic creative vision.
- Write and revise screenplays, ensuring high-quality storytelling, character development, and engaging dialogue across multiple drafts.
- Collaborate effectively with producers, directors, and other creative team members to integrate feedback and refine scripts.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure authenticity and accuracy in storytelling, where required.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior writers or creative assistants as needed.
Required Skills
- Exceptional storytelling ability with a strong portfolio of professional screenwriting samples.
- Proficiency in screenwriting software (e.g., Final Draft, Celtx).
- Demonstrated ability to develop compelling characters, intricate plots, and authentic dialogue.
