Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior farm managers in the daily supervision and coordination of agricultural activities, including planting, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
- Learn and apply best practices in crop management, soil health, and sustainable farming techniques.
- Monitor crop conditions, identify potential issues (e.g., diseases, pests), and report findings to senior staff.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of farming schedules and operational procedures.

- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision (training provided).

Required Skills
