Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior business analysts in gathering, documenting, and analyzing client business requirements.
- Participate in workshops and meetings with clients and internal teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Help translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the creation of process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
- Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet specified criteria.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and other deliverables for stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices and IBM's offerings.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (within the last 2 years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
