Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with navigating the Walmart website and app, offering guidance on product searches, categories, and special offers.
- Help customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Track and provide updates on order status, delivery schedules, and shipping inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to online purchases, including billing discrepancies, damaged items, and missing deliveries, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Offer product information and recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly within the company's CRM system.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Walmart's online policies, products, and services.
- Adhere to strict privacy and data security guidelines while handling customer information.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on new products, services, and customer service best practices.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
