Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all required training and professional development sessions.
- Deliver engaging and effective language lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels, initially under guidance.
- Learn to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with Empik School’s curriculum and pedagogical standards.
- Develop effective classroom management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for their learning journey.
- Collaborate with mentors and fellow teachers to share best practices and continuously improve teaching skills.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Engage with students and parents (where applicable) to foster a supportive educational community.
- Be a proactive and enthusiastic member of the Empik School team, contributing to a positive school culture.
