Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Meta users across various platforms via chat, email, and occasionally phone.
- Efficiently diagnose and resolve user issues related to account access, product functionality, privacy, and policy violations.
- Educate users on product features, best practices, and self-service options.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product, and policy, to escalate and resolve complex technical or user-specific issues.
- Identify and report emerging user trends or common issues to improve product and service quality.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for response time and resolution quality.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to empathize with users and de-escalate challenging situations.
