Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content (e.g., text, images, videos) and assess its compliance with Meta's Community Standards and platform policies.
- Make consistent, accurate, and timely decisions on complex content, often involving sensitive and graphic material.
- Utilize internal tools and resources to categorize and process content violations.
- Collaborate with team members and leads to ensure policy guidelines are applied effectively and consistently.
- Participate in ongoing training and calibration sessions to stay updated on evolving policies and content trends.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve content policies and moderation tools.
- Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and ethical judgment while handling sensitive information.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in content.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently and under pressure.
- Comfortable working with sensitive, potentially disturbing, or offensive content.
- Strong ethical judgment and a commitment to upholding community safety.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate various software applications.

Preferred Qualifications
