Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Apple products including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and associated software and services via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions with clarity and patience.
- Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices to enhance their user experience and maximize product utility.
- Accurately document customer interactions, technical details, and resolutions in Apple’s internal systems, ensuring data integrity and comprehensive record-keeping.
- Collaborate with senior advisors and technical specialists to resolve complex or escalated issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic, efficient, and professional service consistently.
- Stay current with new Apple products, services, and software updates through continuous learning and internal training programs.
- Adhere strictly to Apple's security protocols and privacy policies during all customer interactions and data handling.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a remote capacity.

- Strong understanding of Apple products, operating systems (iOS, macOS), and services, with a genuine interest in technology.
