Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of all Apple products and accessories.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain efficient stock control procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize loss.
- Operate inventory management systems to track product movement, generate reports, and analyze data.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment of orders.
- Process product returns, transfers, and disposals according to company policy and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify and report potential inventory issues or discrepancies to management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management processes.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or retail operations.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
