Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11), Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), and other proprietary software.
- Administer and maintain on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and virtualized environments (Hyper-V/VMware).
- Manage network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, including endpoint protection, patch management, and vulnerability assessments to safeguard company data and systems.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and implement new solutions.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Educate and train end-users on IT best practices and new technology features.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration, specifically with Microsoft technologies.
- Proficiency in administering Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (basic administration, virtual machines, networking).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools.
