Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives and market needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Translate high-level product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and market demand.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and achieve business goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is seamless.
- Present product plans, roadmaps, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain product relevance and innovation.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, delivering software products or services.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful products.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with market analysis, competitive analysis, and user research.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies or cloud platforms (Azure).
- Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts and applications.
