Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, deployment, and decommissioning.
- Assist with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN access.
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for IT procedures, solutions, and inventories.
- Educate and train users on IT best practices and new technologies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and project completion.
- Adhere to company IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support or technical support role.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with remote desktop tools and IT ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a patient and helpful attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
