Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Google's brand guidelines.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible and secure.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office environment is well-equipped and tidy.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including securing venues, managing invitations, and arranging catering.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Process expense reports and manage petty cash or team budgets as required.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and courteous interactions.
- Support onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as requested by management, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office).
