Key Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX design, research, marketing, legal, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Launch new products and features, including developing go-to-market plans and working with marketing and PR teams.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and gather user feedback to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and strategic direction to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Champion the user experience, ensuring products are intuitive, accessible, and delight our global user base.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, delivering highly successful software products from conception to launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex engineering challenges and trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed work environment.
  • Experience in data-driven decision making and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Experience with large-scale consumer or enterprise software products.
  • Familiarity with Google's product ecosystem and platforms.
  • Experience in UX design principles and user research methodologies.
