As an Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of product quality, inventory management, and store presentation. Your daily tasks will involve everything from receiving and stocking fresh produce, dairy, meat, and pantry items to fulfilling online orders with precision and care. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all products are stored correctly, shelves are well-organized, and the shopping environment is clean and welcoming for both in-store shoppers and our delivery associates. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock grocery products, including fresh produce, dairy, meat, and pantry items, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Accurately pick and pack online grocery orders for customer delivery, adhering to strict quality and speed metrics.
- Maintain organized and fully stocked shelves, ensuring proper product rotation and merchandising standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store and backroom areas, following health and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service to in-store shoppers, assisting with product location and inquiries.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach, and carry objects throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a retail, grocery, or warehouse environment
