Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide necessary support.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
- Ensure adherence to all internal controls and operational procedures.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and initiatives as required.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within financial operations.
