Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support new employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and strict confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations as required by management.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues to senior HR personnel when necessary.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Zimbabwean labor laws and company internal policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility and security.

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative and record-keeping tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily HR operations.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
