Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Assist with the full cycle of recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the employee onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth welcome experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other internal databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and basic benefits information, escalating complex issues to appropriate HR team members.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, including research, data collection, and report generation.
- Process HR-related documentation and forms, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support employee relations activities by documenting discussions, preparing materials, and assisting with follow-ups as directed.
- Coordinate HR-related training sessions and events, including logistical arrangements and participant communications.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture by actively participating in team activities and demonstrating Zoom's core values.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
