Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks related to content moderation, user support, or platform integrity, adhering to strict guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational efficiency, identifying potential areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, legal) to resolve operational issues and implement scalable solutions that enhance platform functionality.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform operational strategies and decision-making, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and refinement of operational policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in operational output, upholding TikTok's standards for content and user experience.
- Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments for timely resolution, minimizing disruption and risk.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, platform changes, and emerging trends in digital media and content moderation to anticipate future operational needs.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or administrative support role, preferably within a tech or digital media company.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with strong data manipulation skills in Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to drive operational improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with content moderation, trust & safety, or user support operations within a global platform.
- Familiarity with various project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and workflow automation.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and online community dynamics.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, processes, and a rapidly changing business environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment.
