Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive TikTok influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Identify, vet, recruit, and onboard a diverse portfolio of TikTok creators and influencers.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers and their management teams.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of engagement to ensure fair value and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including brief creation, content review, and scheduling.
- Monitor influencer content performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reporting and insights.
- Stay abreast of TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to inform strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, PR, legal, and product teams.
- Manage budgets and timelines effectively for all influencer activations.
- Ensure all influencer activities adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and FTC regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically with TikTok.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, its creator ecosystem, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and reporting campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and an ability to develop innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
